1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
If approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final sale products (if mentioned on the product page)

5. Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange and replacement in 5 business days only if the reason is valid. Your Replacement product will be deliverd within 5 to 6 business days.
